We are looking for a front office agent. A requirement is good knowledge not only of Italian but also of written and spoken German and spoken and written English. Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teamwork are required.
- guest reception, check-in, and check-out activities, cash management, and document issuing
- collaborating with all the hotel’s internal departments
- handling guest complaints and grievances
- accommodation on request
- food, uniforms
- Previous experience in the role in similar hotel contexts
- Good written and spoken knowledge of German, English, and Italian
Behavioural skills required
- Problem-solving: Be able to work in stressful situations, mainly when dealing with
- Handling guest complaints and grievances in a friendly and timely manner.
- Relationship skills: ability to work in a cohesive and motivated team
- Results orientation: is concrete and achievable concerning the goals he/she sets himself/herself
- Languages required: German and English. Italian is a plus
