Our half board
Our half-board formula includes fine dining in Aria – Italian Restaurant, designed to enhance the authentic flavors of Italian tradition, revisited with a contemporary twist.
Every evening we propose a menu that changes daily, following the seasonality of the ingredients and the freshness of the territory: it opens with an appetizer of the day, followed by a first and a second course to choose from three proposals each, and ends with a rich dessert buffet. A vegan alternative is always present, designed with the same care and attention.
During the winter season, guests who have chosen the half-board option can choose three courses from the à la carte menu: two mains and one dessert.
