Clean the World achieves its mission by collecting and recycling discarded soap and plastic courtesy bottles from participating hospitality partners. Through the distribution of these and other donated hygiene products to poor people, Clean the World helps prevent millions of hygiene-related illnesses and deaths each year.
Handwashing with soap significantly reduces the impact of two deadly diseases: acute respiratory infection and diarrhoeal disease. To help save lives, recycled soap is the main ingredient in Clean the World’s global hygiene revolution.

Du Lac Du Parc Grand resort works with Clean the World to recycle discarded soaps and bottled products such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bubble bath. All soap is recycled into new bars and all bottles are recycled or made into soap.
