Aria - Live cooking Restaurant

This year, the restaurant has undergone a restyling, overseen by the architect, Alberto Cecchetto, whose aim has been to emphasise the closeness of the Resort’s park.

Our guests will certainly appreciate the modern, elegant lines and the restaurant’s new furnishings, and in this area, that has been so completely transformed, naturally our menu has also been completely revisited. We are delighted and proud to announce that this year, dinner at the new Restaurant Aria will be served as a buffet and enhanced by live cooking from Chef Marco Brink’s team.

Dinner will be served from 7.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.

Molo44 Lounge Bar & Bistrot

The modern and trendy look of our new bistrot and lounge bar blends superbly with the lush greenery of the surrounding park. The white contemporary interior, with its large central bar, provides a chic and fashionable environment. The bar has tall and large glass doors that lead onto a spacious decked terrace where you can enjoy delicious bistrot-style Mediterranean cuisine for lunch and dinner.

At night, the Molo44 turns into a cool piano bar. It offers an extensive choice of alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks making it the ideal spot for a cocktail, an aperitif or an after-dinner drink. Our expert bar tender has created a unique list of “Gin Tonics”, his speciality.

Capannina pool bar & restaurant

This spacious poolside restaurant with extended terrace offers a relaxed environment for lunch and dinner near the beach. Open from May to September, it specialises in traditional Italian cuisine, light salad, genuine Neapolitan pizza, grilled meat, grilled fish, or a simple snack.

At night, the Capannina Pizza & Grill with its candle-lit terrace reveals all the natural beauty of the park and provides the ideal setting for an informal family or a romantic dinner.

Refreshments, fruit juices, aperitifs and cocktails are served at the bar throughout the day.
